Since inception WIN has leveraged information technology to support the programs and strategies that we develop for our clients. Over the last several years there has been a concerted focus on developing these services as a stand-alone consulting practice area.
WIN has an extensive background working with businesses and non-profit organizations to implement initiatives that increase efficiency, improve performance and that support the development of measurable outcomes.
We start with an understanding of the business domain in which our clients work. Our approach is to work collaboratively to develop solutions that make the technology fit the needs of the business - not the other way around. We refer to this consulting practice as I/t or “I over t.” Areas specific expertise includes;
- ERP and CRM strategic planning, vendor selection and implementation project management
- Cloud based computing strategies leveraging the Salesforce.com and the Force.com platform
- Systems integration including connecting business systems to Web services
Our project methodology is based on a quality assurance approach to project management. Each stage of the project includes documentation that can be used to support subsequent stages, including testing and validation of the new system before the cutover to productive use. To do this WIN utilizes a modified version of the traditional “V-Model” approach to the design, development and deployment of a technology based solution.
